ANU PDFLAB provides free, client-side, browser-based document utilities—including PDF Merge, PDF Split, PDF to Word conversion, Word to PDF conversion, and PDF Compression—as well as educational guides and tutorials. All document processing takes place directly inside your web browser's memory without transmitting files to external web servers.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ANU PDFLAB only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads through our contact form.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with ANU PDFLAB or Anu Tool.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain 100% of all rights, titles, and ownership in any files, text, images, or documents you process through ANU PDFLAB. Because our tools execute client-side in your browser, ANU PDFLAB does not acquire any license, copyright, or possession of your documents.
The ANU PDFLAB brand name, original logo, website layout, CSS styling, custom scripts, and educational articles are the intellectual property of Anu Tool. Bundled open-source libraries (including PDF.js, pdf-lib, Mammoth.js, JSZip, SortableJS, and jsPDF) are owned by their respective copyright holders and distributed under their respective open-source licenses as noted in our Third-Party Notices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ANU PDFLAB is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While we strive to provide reliable and accurate tools, we make no guarantees that:
- The service will meet your specific business, legal, or technical requirements.
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free.
- Document conversions (such as PDF to Word) will reproduce complex multi-column typography, proprietary fonts, or vector tables with 100% precision.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anu Tool and ANU PDFLAB shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business goodwill, or work interruption—resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or client-side tools.
